Very clean room and especially that old guy of the staff was very kind and helpful.
The room was quite noisy, until 24.00 at night because of constant traffic along Camino Ronda, and because there is no kind of soundproofing between the rooms. We could hear speech etc. from neighbouring rooms and a corridor, and even the smell of shampoo/after shave came to our room when somebody was doing his/her toilette in another room. So take a bag of earplugs with you! Also, there was no option for breakfast in the hotel, despite in the booking site this was an "optional" service, for 4 €/night. However, there is a small cafeteria in every corner if you walk towards a cathedral from the hotel, and even in the same building.

Internet connection. Close to old town, about 15min walking.
The receptionist in night shift was very polated but he doesn't speak English at all. This is situation in 80% of hotels I used all around Spain

Pleasant and basic facilities, location is ten minute walk from centre.
The hotel advertises air-conditioning, essential when it is 36 degrees outside. However the ac is controlled by the reception desk, not by the individual guest. The receptionist refused to switch it on at night, claiming that the people in the next room were "too cold". Hard to believe. The result was a largely sleepless night, as I couldn't open the window without letting in the considerable street noise, which lasted until 06.00. a real shame, as the hotel is otherwise good. But you generally book a hotel to sleep in, and if you can't sleep...

The hotel is right on the (albeit diverted) line to the bus station, so that was perfect for us getting in and out. The staff at the front desk is nice and they held our bags for us as we were leaving the city after check-out time.
It was a pretty mediocre place, and we don't have high standards. The shower was the main problem - you couldn't put the head in the holder or it would spray the wall and flood the entire bathroom. This was very frustrating as our bathmat and towels ended up soaking. The bed was also pretty hard, which is typical. Also, we were there in summer, and there was no fan in the room, but if you left the window open, our room went right out onto a very major and noisy street. Definitely as for an interior room and go in a cooler season.

The hotel has very convenient location. It is 10 minute walking to the Cathedral. There are a bus station, a lot of restaurants and shops near the hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room is comfortable and clean.
There is a good audibility. I could heard people from the next room and corridor.

We had an easy time reaching this hotel, thanks to its location on the bus line to the bus station and close proximity to a supermarket. It was also near the city center, which was convenient. the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. the bathroom had a large shower and provided soap and shower gel. There was also a microwave in the communal area that we could use to make hot drinks.
We wished there were more options than just plastic cups for our hot drinks, which was disappointing.

First, the location was very good, few minutes from the sites of interests, the room was spacious and lighty, it was quite, confortable and very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. It is a very good hostal with a small price!
The only negative point is that the air conditioning is managed by the reception (no self control) and the most of the staff do not speak english but with this good price and location, it is manageable !
